Auto Configuration Server (TR069 - Broadband Service Fulfilment):

Telecom and Broadband Service Providers face challenges from many directions. Subscriber activation costs are high; support costs are out of line with revenues; and revenues are strained. The RACS: Remote Activation & Configuration Server (RACS) directly addresses these pain-points by enabling the automatic activation of, and remote management of broadband, VoIP, IPTV, network storage and LAN devices.

RACS is a TR-069 standards-based solution designed to centralize the management, control, monitoring, and delivery of broadband services to CPE. By supporting CPE devices (like ONT, Gateway devices, WiFi routers, STBs) that support the TR-069 network management standards, RACS simplifies device configuration, remote management & monitoring , service activation and remote configuration of telecom devices and IT systems using TR 069.

• Fault Monitoring and Rectification RACS provides support for a CPE to make available information that the Server may use to diagnose and resolve connectivity or service issues. Data is presented in Graphs & charts as per customer needs. It provides notification in the form of mails, SMS. Also provides the dashboard for presenting the health of the devices Proactive fault forecasting through well-defined thresholds and history data.
• Activation & Configuration Management Service Provisioning and Activation are managed for individual or group of customers using Groups & Profiles. Configuration parameters acquired and stored and applied to devices accordingly.
